In an event where one or more of our terms are determined to be invalid, unlawful for any reason by a judicial or quasi-judicial body in India, the validity or enforceability of our remaining terms will not be affected as they will stay valid and binding on all users.

Eligibility:

A person who is 18 or more years of age is eligible to use our services, however, if a person violates age restrictions, it’s his/her sole responsibility to bear the legal actions that might follow.

The user is required to understand that our services are available only in India. We don’t offer our services in the states of Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Sikkim, Andhra Pradesh, and Nagaland in India. We have the right to control the access to our services at all times, in all States in India. These terms of use shall be suitably modified to reflect changes in law/regulation/rule in any of the states in India and the user shall be notified of the same in the event of such change.

Users who fulfil certain specific criteria may, at the sole discretion of Gameskraft, receive discounts, waivers, bonuses, or redemptions (“Discounts”) from the Service Fee charged for a particularly Game or a set of Games in line with the market conditions, business practices and trade parlance, even after the conclusion of the Game(s). Accordingly, such post-facto Discounts by Gameskraft will reduce and reverse a part of the Service Fee applicable to a Game, and these updates to the Service Fee will be reflected on the information panel available to each user on the platform.

Discounts may be granted to users on the basis of a number of parameters pertaining to usage of the Xerana platform by the user, including the frequency of Games played, participation in tournaments or special Game types, overall winnings, conduct on the platform, players referred to the platform, etc.

User Representations:

Any information provided by you to us, whether at the stage of registration or during any time subsequently, should be complete and truthful.

Prior to adding cash to your user account or participating in Cash Games, you shall be responsible to satisfy yourself about the legality of playing Cash Games in the jurisdiction from where you are accessing Cash Games. If you are not legally competent to individually enter into Indian Rupee transactions through banking channels in India and/or are not accessing the Website from a permitted jurisdiction, you are prohibited from participating in Cash Games on the website. You understand that Xerana assumes no liability or responsibility for any financial loss that you may sustain as a result of participation in the Activity.

You understand and accept that your participation in a Game available on the Website does not create any obligation on us to give you a prize. Your winning a prize is entirely dependent on your skill as a player vis-a-vis other players in the Game and subject to the rules of the Game.

You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for all content posted, transmitted, uploaded or otherwise made available on the Website by you. All content posted by you must be legally owned by or licensed to you.
